At PESU, we strive to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding delivery timelines, shipping charges, and order processing.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, PESU ships throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We are also working towards expanding our shipping services across the Middle East. International shipping availability may vary based on destination and customs regulations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details, where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

United Arab Emirates

Dubai

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Other Emirates

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

International Deliveries

Middle East & Other International Destinations

  • Estimated delivery: Up to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or courier-related delays.

Shipping Charges

UAE Orders

  • Free shipping on orders of AED 200 and above.
  • A flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies to orders below AED 200 for UAE, AED 75 to outside UAE.

International Orders

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Partner

PESU currently uses Quiqup and trusted logistics partners to deliver orders across the UAE.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

PESU is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information, the courier may attempt redelivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts or returned shipments.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

If a package is lost in transit, PESU will work with the courier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier service interruptions

PESU shall not be held liable for delays caused by such events.
